Kim | Practice Manager
Kim is our Practice Manager and brings more than two decades of experience in practice management to Your Dermatologist. Holding a Diploma in Practice Management, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic and helps ensure the practice runs smoothly, professionally and to a high standard.
Kim is passionate about creating a welcoming, organised and patient-focused environment. She works closely with Dr Boyce and the team to support the delivery of specialist dermatology care, with a focus on efficiency, communication and a positive experience for both patients and referring doctors.
Her leadership, attention to detail and commitment to high practice standards help underpin the calm, caring and well-run environment we aim to provide at Your Dermatologist.
Janelle | Practice Receptionist
Janelle is one of the friendly faces of Your Dermatologist, welcoming patients with warmth and care from the moment they arrive. With extensive experience in dermatology and patient services, she understands the importance of making each patient feel comfortable, supported and well informed.
Janelle plays an important role in creating a smooth and welcoming patient experience, from appointment coordination through to assisting patients with enquiries and follow-up arrangements. Her attention to detail, genuine care for people and calm approach help ensure patients feel looked after at every stage of their journey.
As part of the front-of-house team, Janelle helps reflect the values of Your Dermatologist: professionalism, kindness, clear communication and thoughtful patient care.
