OUR LOCATION: Shop 2, Ground Floor, 89 Lytton Road, East Brisbane QLD
PARKING: Onsite parking is available at the rear of the clinic, with entry via Northcote Street. Street parking is also available on Northcote Street.
What to bring to your Appointment
Please bring the following to your appointment where applicable:
Doctor’s referral (please send at least one week prior to your appointment)
Medicare Card
Relevant test results (blood tests, biopsy results, hospital admission notes)
We kindly ask that you remove makeup before your consultation.
New Patient Questionnaire:
To help us prepare for your visit, we kindly ask that you complete the questionnaire in advance. If you’re unable to do this in advance, please arrive 15-minutes early to allow enough time on the day.
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy:
You will receive a reminder via SMS, email, or phone one week prior to your appointment. Please ensure you confirm your appointment at least 24-hours in advance, as any unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled and offered to another patient.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We require a minimum of one working day notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled or missed within 24-hours may incur a $120 non-attendance or late cancellation fee.
Professional Fees and Payment Policy:
Consultation fees with Dr. Zachary Boyce, Specialist Dermatologist, including any associated procedures or pathology, incur out-of-pocket expenses. Full payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Medicare rebates are available with a valid referral, so please ensure your referral is current before your appointment to avoid additional costs. Please note that our reception staff are unable to follow up referrals on your behalf.
Appointment Guide and Policy
For new patient consultations (20 minutes), one skin issue can be adequately addressed. More complex conditions or multiple concerns may require additional appointments or incur an extended consultation fee. We appreciate your understanding.
Prescriptions, Pathology Requests, Referrals, and Medical Certificates
Please note that replacement of prescriptions, pathology requests, referrals, medical certificates, or other documents issued during consultations may incur a fee, reflecting the time and resources required to regenerate them.
