Dr Harrison Edwards is a specialist dermatologist and Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists who is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centred dermatological care.
Dr Edwards graduated from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and holds a Master of Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Queensland. He completed his specialist dermatology training across Queensland's leading teaching hospitals including Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Queensland Children’s Hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital, Townsville University Hospital and Queensland Institute of Dermatology.
Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Edwards is actively involved in research and has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in autoimmune dermatology, inflammatory skin disease, and skin cancer. He also contributes to dermatology education through teaching roles across Queensland’s major hospitals.
At Your Dermatologist, he manages all aspects of medical and surgical dermatology with particular interest in autoimmune skin conditions, eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, contact dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, hair loss, and the diagnosis and surgical management of skin cancer, including melanoma.
